HydroNet Plumbing LLC
Terms of Service
HydroNet Plumbing provides licensed plumbing workmanship and coordinated service delivery in its operating areas. By using HydroNet Plumbing websites, requesting service, scheduling with us, paying fees, or otherwise engaging HydroNet Plumbing, you agree to the following terms (“Terms”).
Effective for the calendar year 2026.
Service scope
HydroNet Plumbing installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing scopes described in HydroNet confirmations, written estimates, invoices, statements of work, or other signed documentation HydroNet Plumbing provides. Specialty segments (luxury bath / builder-support and commercial/restaurant workflows) mirror the broader scope defined on HydroNet-hosted pages and written agreements.
Online request forms
Request forms collect project details solely to qualify work, propose timing, satisfy carrier communications rules where applicable, and prepare estimates. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay responses. HydroNet Plumbing may decline work that poses safety hazards, violates law, exceeds capacity, or is outside our operating territory.
Scope visits and dispatch fees
Paid “scope visits” or similar deposits secure professional time dedicated to diagnosing your situation, gathering photos or measurements where appropriate, documenting site conditions, and preparing an estimate for proposed work described during the visit context.
The fee pays for HydroNet Plumbing's on-site preparation and evaluation—not the entire future projectunless HydroNet Plumbing states so in separate writing.
Except where HydroNet Plumbing documents otherwise in writing, the scope-visit fee is not automatically deducted from the eventual job total. Any credit or application of prepaid amounts must appear on your signed estimate or written change order issued by HydroNet Plumbing.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices
Pricing depends on concealed conditions discovered after walls, substrates, piping, drains, vents, heaters, or commercial equipment are inspected. Timeline and scope assumptions may likewise change upon evaluation. Hidden conditions—including structural damage, code upgrades, corroded piping behind finishes, inaccessible shutoffs, or unknown manufacturer requirements—may increase price, reschedule work, or require engineering where applicable.
Scheduling is not final until HydroNet Plumbing confirms it
Calendar holds, tentative windows, inbound messages, SMS acknowledgments, automated portal updates, or third-party calendar invites do not finish scheduling unless a HydroNet Plumbing representative confirms final scope, crews, permitting (if relevant), deposits, safety requirements, access instructions, materials arrivals, or other logistics in writing acceptable to HydroNet Plumbing.
SMS communications
Where permitted, by providing your mobile telephone number and consent when prompted, HydroNet Plumbing may send service-related SMS about scheduling updates, confirmations, limited follow-ups tied to appointments, or logistical coordination—not SPAM broadcasts outside carrier requirements.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop further SMS tied to HydroNet Plumbing programs that honor carrier-standard keywords.
- Reply HELP for help or reach info@hydronet.live.
- Consent for SMS marketing is never a condition of purchasing paid plumbing services—you may refuse marketing texts while still arranging service separately where the law allows.
Payments & refunds
Fees, refunds, adjustments, cancellations, credits, forfeitures of deposits, rework policies, and payment timing follow the written confirmations, estimates, and invoices HydroNet Plumbing issues for your job — not website summaries alone — subject to applicable law.
No guarantee of emergency availability
References to responsiveness on the website do not constitute a guarantee of immediate or same-day emergency service unless HydroNet Plumbing confirms availability in writing for your specific situation. Crew availability depends on staffing, geography, permitting, supplier stock, safety, weather, traffic, concurrent jobs, and other factors HydroNet Plumbing does not publish in real time online.
Limitations of these Terms
HydroNet-hosted materials coordinate intake and describe general expectations. Signed estimates, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, or other written contracts that HydroNet Plumbing provides for your project control payment terms, warranty scope where offered, exclusions, timelines, lien rights where applicable, and remedies. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and a signed HydroNet Plumbing document for the same engagement, the signed document prevails. Informal messages (SMS, email, voicemail) may help coordinate logistics but generally do not replace written scope or pricing confirmations unless HydroNet Plumbing states otherwise on a case-specific basis.
