Virtual Scheduling Assistant

Our Virtual Scheduling Assistant helps you request appointments by phone. This assistant is powered by third-party voice and scheduling technology, and calls are processed by our telephony and voice-service providers to understand your request and check appointment availability. Call data may be processed and temporarily retained by these providers as part of delivering the service. If you prefer not to use the Virtual Scheduling Assistant, you can always request service through our website or by speaking directly with our team.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments requested through our Virtual Scheduling Assistant or website are checked against our calendar availability (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) and confirmed by our team.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We retain payment status and transaction identifiers needed for your invoice and our accounting records.

Email and SMS

We may send you email or text messages about your service request, estimate, invoice, or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
