This policy describes HydroNet Plumbing's privacy practices (“HydroNet Plumbing,” “HydroNet Plumbing LLC,” or “we”).

Information we collect

  • Contact and scheduling details: name, phone numbers, email, mailing or service addresses, preferences, intake notes, and photos or attachments you voluntarily provide.
  • Payment-related records: limited payment metadata through our payment processor — we do not store full payment card numbers on HydroNet-hosted forms.
  • Communications: email and (when you expressly consent or when permitted for service coordination) SMS or similar channels.
  • Technical logs: typical web server / hosting diagnostics (for example IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected by platforms we use to run the website.

How we use information

We use collected information to respond to service requests, schedule and perform plumbing coordination, send transactional notices, improve intake workflows, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Service requests and scheduling

Information submitted through HydroNet Plumbing online forms is reviewed by our team so we can understand the job, propose timing, prepare estimates, and document field conditions consistent with HydroNet Plumbing standards.

Payments handled by Stripe

Paid scope visits and similar charges are processed by Stripe, a third-party payments platform. Stripe processes card data pursuant to its own policies. HydroNet Plumbing uses Stripe confirmations to match payments to booking records.

Email and SMS communications

We may send service-related emails (for example confirmations, scheduling updates, and internal copies to HydroNet operations). When HydroNet Plumbing enables SMS tooling, SMS may be limited to transactional or service-coordination messages consistent with carrier rules — not unsolicited marketing broadcasts without proper consent frameworks.

SMS consent and mobile number privacy

Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not mean you opted into marketing texts. HydroNet Plumbing will obtain appropriate consent consistent with TCPA/carrier obligations before sending promotional SMS beyond what the law permits without express consent.

Mobile numbers collected for HydroNet Plumbing messages, together with SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No sharing of mobile opt-in / consent data

We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in consent lists. Service providers underneath (for example a messaging API like Twilio) process messages solely to deliver communications on HydroNet Plumbing's instructions and are not authorized to reuse your SMS consent for unrelated marketing unless separately required by law.

Message frequency may vary depending on scheduling, confirmations, reminders, or follow-ups.

Data retention

HydroNet Plumbing retains operational records—including communications logs needed for audits and customer support—for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, comply with law, defend claims, maintain safety, and reconcile payments. Retention horizons may differ by category of record (for example bookkeeping vs marketing).

Third-party services we rely on

Depending on deployment configuration, HydroNet Plumbing may leverage:

  • Stripe — payments and Checkout sessions.
  • Supabase — database storage for bookings and intake.
  • Resend — transactional emails.
  • Google Calendar — internal scheduling visibility for HydroNet admins.
  • Twilio — only when programmatic SMS sending is voluntarily enabled by HydroNet through environment configuration (SMS_SEND_ENABLED).
